Clean Cooking Activities

Nigeria as a country may not be ready for the transition of fossil energy to 100% renewable energy. the occasion of energy poverty is what has mandated the country to adopt energy mix as a medium-term plan. The inefficiency of the Nigerian power sector to provide energy access to remote areas has in divers ways contribute to economic hardship (poor health, loss of business capital, pollution etc) to women and youth of which, are the class of people most affected. Global Peace Development through her sensitization programs and energy efficiency training aims to promote the use and behavioural adoption of cooking stove technology.

Partnership

Our partnership initiative is targeted at creating market access for rural communities especially, off-Grid areas to access variety of renewable energy products at affordable and subsidized cost where necessarily. this can be done by linking vendors and establishing energy hot-spot zones in areas where these gadgets and equipment can be gotten. Technical partnership can be valuable to update knowledge on emerging products and training community folks on ways they can maintain the cook stove technology.
