IMA's interest in clean cook stoves is currently for work in DR Congo.There are some small projects in agriculture and community development. We would like to incorporate clean stoves into both sectors of work.Our main interest is biochar producing stoves

Clean Cooking Activities
IMA is just in the beginning phase of this work. We have done research on numerous clean stove models;some purchased from outside the country and others locally manufactured using tin and ceramics.We are starting a pilot project in the capital city of DRC
Partnership
IMA would like to profit from technical assistance and lessons learned in clean stoves. We can contribute with extensive connections to rural programs throughout Congo. We have programs that reach 2/3 of the population of Congo.
