Mission
Litro Gas is the largest importer and supplier of LP Gas in Sri Lanka. We operate the country’s only import terminal and filling facility which has the capacity to cater to the LPG needs of the entire Island. The Company is the market leader with a market share of 75% and has comprehensive coverage through an island wide network. In Sri Lanka, the overall LPG market penetration is less than <30%. Our key objective is to convert the majority of firewood users to LPG which is a cleaner fuel.

As the largest supplier of LPG cylinders to domestic segment in Sri Lanka, we are interested in becoming one of the implementing partners of ‘Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves’ and contribute immensely towards achieving your 100m clean cookstove target in 2020.

We are keen to become an implementing partner and promote cleaner energy solution to 75% Sri Lankan households which uses firewood as the main fuel for cooking.
