Our mission is stewardship of Afghanistan's scarce resources through environmental protection, community development and education opportunities for all ages, especially those who might otherwise be left out. Our slogan is: Protect.Connect. Support.

COAM works with mountain area development and poverty alleviation in rural Afghanistan. We support low-carbon, low-tech approaches to peace building and quality of life, especially for women and the poor.;Change of behaviour and integrating technology into simple, low cost solutions.
