Smile Organization for Relief and Development seeks humanitarian action and promote the rights of the poorest and neediest. The organization also works to stop the suffering of marginalized groups in Yemen, and to put an end to discrimination, injustice, oppression, and ethnic and religious discrimination. The organization aims to achieve equality between men and women in various fields, political, economic, etc.
