To facilitate safe-use in the LPG field by providing a metered concept to report cylinder volumes for both lpg cylinders tankers and storage facilities,warn on low volumes,send sms messages to users via registered Gsm phone numbers,warn of possible leaks above 9%,shut off the inlet valve incase of gas leaks,match the cylinders to their requisite brands and manufacturer dates and also locate the cylinders
