Clean Cooking Activities
VFI support rural populations in the economic empowerment in order for them to enhance their Livelihoods. These livelihoods interventions border around activities which will support households, women and their children in living healthy lives in a healthy Environment. Vision Fund supports through financing, among others, usage of solar lighting and utilization of energy efficient cook stoves which supports economic empowerment, preserves the environment and supports the Health of the community.
Partnership
VFI has a presence in 32 Countries across the World and works in Collaboration with World Vision with a primary focus for the rural communities. VFI is a microfinance network with a sound base and vast experience managing financing for businesses and households in order to facilitate access to Clean cook stoves which ordinarily would not be affordable for the ordinary community. VF believes that sustainable development relies on individual beneficiaries being empowered with a feel of ownership of the products being suggested to them.
