Vita works with communities to provide fuel efficient cook stoves. It has built over 40,000 in Eritrea (mainly through grant funding) and about 15,000 in Ethiopia. Vita has set up a its own carbon financing mechanism to access new social impact investment capital for stoves(Vita Green Impact Fund)

C Collaborate with partners - specifically with regard to an exercise we will be conducting in late 2018 which is to asses how lessons from Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) can be used to improve stove uptake. Kamal Kar from CLTS will hold workshops in Ethiopia with stakeholders to develop a plan for testing in 2019 -- would like to contact any partners interested in collaborating
