Wiseecostove Nigeria Limited is poised to align with global efforts in using of clean cooking stoves.

Our mission is to eradicate deforestation through the use of Wiseecostove; to sensitize and educate people in the danger of climate change; to improve the health of women and children by using our smoke free stove; to encourage the use of briquettes to replace conventional use of charcoal, firewood and other biomass fuel; and to empower and create employment through the productions and distribution of our stove.

Clean Cooking Activities

Wise Eco Stove Nigeria Limited is a manufacturer of clean cooking stoves which range from single burners to double burner. We also produce institutional burners for big organisations such as universities, hospitals, hotels, boarding schools and restaurants. Our activities include teaching/educating people particularly women on how to use our stove to reduce cooking work load, firewood usage, children missing school as a result of collecting and selling firewood and promote family time. We focus on production of briquette to substitute and change the behaviour of users away from conventional use of charcoal, firewood and other biomass fuel. National campaign and direct public awareness are our strategies for ensuring that people come to terms with the use of our stove and all its benefits.

Our interest is in cost effective production to make our stove available to the grass root people at affordable price. To achieve the above, Wise Eco Stove Ltd uses local materials such as special stone and clay (for insulation) which are readily available in Nigeria.

Our interest is also in empowering the youth by encouraging them in the production of briquette in strategic states of Nigeria.

Partnership

Wise Eco Stove is always willing to partner with any organisation for adaptation purposes in line with United Nations goal in ensuring large increase in the use of clean cooking stove by the year 2020.

To this end, our company aims at producing the stove on a large scale to meet the yawning of the teeming population of Nigeria.

We would go into all cities and rural areas in Nigeria campaigning on the need to use clean cooking stove. This is part of our contribution towards ensuring compliance with climate change programme of the globe.

Every home would have at least one stove. Our company is looking at micro-finance method to help the poor to buy the stove at an instalment payment.

For effective distribution of our stove to reach every corner, we have divided the country into five regions; the south south, south west, south east, north east north west. Distribution would be done through local rural women who will go from house to house at a fair wages. It is also part of our contribution to empower and provide employment opportunity for idle and unemployed women in Nigeria.
