Clean Cooking Activities
Currently developing and evaluating two clean cookstoves in the region, especially among young females who are responsible of cooking in our community.
Partnership
To support the Alliances mission and its interim target to enable 100 million households to adopt clean and efficient cook stoves and fuels by 2020.
To share expertise, knowledge, best practices, and information, particularly in relation to national clean cook stoves and fuels programs or policies.
To actively promote the Alliance and work to educate potential stakeholders regarding the environmental, health, gender and economic benefits of clean cook stoves and fuels.
To submit clean cookstoves used in national programs for emissions, safety, and efficiency testing by an approved testing center.
To report annually to the Alliance Secretariat on the results of national initiatives and programs to advance the adoption of clean stoves and fuels.
