Clean Cooking Activities
ZOE Enterprises promotes clean and sustainable cooking in Mozambique through the sale of cookstoves powered by our ethanol based cooking fuel. The business model offers a commercial solution to the interconnected social and environmental problems that result from the use of charcoal as a cooking fuel in urban households in Mozambique. Our customer base already consists of 35,000 households who are serviced by our growing distribution network. The entire marketing and sales operation is branded under the label NDZiLO (meaning fire in the local language), and is now a well know household name thanks to targeted advertising.
