Head of Strategy – BURN Manufacturing
Job Description:
BURN Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Head of Strategy to lead the formulation, execution, and evaluation of the company’s global strategy. This position is critical to driving BURN’s mission to scale clean cooking solutions and carbon finance initiatives across Africa and international markets.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing and managing BURN’s long-term strategic growth plan in collaboration with senior management.

Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation, market entry, and business expansion.

Leading the development of investment strategies and fundraising initiatives that support BURN’s clean energy and carbon credit objectives.

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with governments, development agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Overseeing the execution of cross-functional strategic projects in multiple regions to ensure alignment with company goals.

Monitoring and reporting on strategic initiatives to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
