Kathleen J. Zephirin has over two decades of extensive expertise in global operations, specializing in management of economic development growth projects across diverse regions, including East Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining CCA, Kathleen served as Director of Global Program Services at Fintrac Inc., where she oversaw projects focused on agribusiness, food security, and other initiatives. She also served as Deputy Chief of Party in Ethiopia providing technical oversight on programs integrating health education in trainings for farmers.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Development from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations from American University in Washington, DC. Kathleen is a certified Project Management Professional. She is fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and English.
