Lindsey Barone
Senior Director, Strategy and Development
Lindsey Barone is the Senior Director of Strategy and Development at the Clean Cooking Alliance. She supports the design and implementation of new initiatives at CCA in stewardship of the Clean Cooking Systems Strategy, provides strategic guidance across the CCA portfolio of work, and oversees special projects.
Lindsey has over a decade of experience leading complex strategy projects. Prior to joining CCA, she spent nearly 10 years at Dalberg, a strategy consulting firm where she advised foundations, non-profits, impact investors, and bilateral and multilateral organizations. Her project work spanned several sectors, including energy access, global health, impact investing, water and sanitation, financial inclusion and agriculture and food security. While at Dalberg, Lindsey led the development of the Clean Cooking Systems Strategy, an ecosystem wide strategy stewarded by CCA. Lindsey previously worked with a non-profit organization designing health microinsurance schemes in rural India and Nepal.
Lindsey has a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Geneva. She is based in New York City.
