The purpose of the USAID funded 3-year program is to establish the near-term and long-term foundations for a sustainable market for clean, efficient and affordable cooking technologies in Haiti.

Clean Cooking Activities
The project will first focus on the commercialization of LPG and charcoal improved cookstoves and then work to address other improved cooking technologies; like improved ovens for baking and other technologies that improve kitchen regimes at the household and industrial level. We are also helping to create a Haitian Certification and Testing Center.
Partnership
We would like to participate in the partnership--sharing lessons learned from our field studies; contribute to adoption of international standards that really measure the comsumers combustible consumption and learn from and about other projects.
