CCA Initiates Public Review of Testing Protocols
The Clean Cooking Alliance has launched a public review period for Controlled Cooking Test (CCT) protocol version 2.0, most recently updated in 2004, and the Kitchen Performance Test (KPT) protocol version 4.0, most recently updated in 2018.
