Mission
Coup de Pouce Asbl’s mission is to help beneficiaries and managers of autonomous projects. Since 2004, we have supported the sustainable development of micro projects in DRC within the areas of education (including women literacy and IT access), health (diabetes and fistula), environmental protection (water sanitation, reforestation, beekeeping, and bio farming), and social entrepreneurship. In Europe we raise awareness on the impact economy that requires the respect of social and environmental parameters.

Clean Cooking Activities
Deforestation within Congo DR impacts the whole planet and requires an easy, economic, and smart solution to avoid catastrophe. Therefore, education that showcases efficient and alternative ways of cooking and heating homes are critical. We have so far tested various inventions in clay and with aluminum foil but they're not satisfactory as they are slow and are more expensive for users in the short term.
Partnership
Coup de Pouce Asbl would like to leverage the knowledge and know-how of the Alliance's network to increase the numbers of joiners to the cleaner manner of cooking through campaigns, educational sessions, and policy recommendations.
