Director, Advocacy & Communications

Katherine Manchester is the Director for Advocacy & Communications at the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA). She is responsible for amplifying the work of CCA through a variety of communications strategies, including publications, social media, web outreach, and events. Prior to joining CCA, she supported communications teams at the World Bank and several for-profit and non-governmental organizations, with a focus on sustainable development, women’s empowerment, and economic development in sub-Saharan Africa. She has over 20 years of experience working and living in East and West Africa and speaks French fluently. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University.
