Eder Audate
Mr. Audate is an Agronomist Engineer, Professor Assistant at the International University of Hispaniola. He is a Specialist in Agroforestry and Sustainable Development, in Plant Nutrition and Soil Fertility and High Dimension Soil Mapping. M. Audate completed his master’s degree in Science in Agroforestry for Sustainable Development, at the University of Chapingo, Mexico, and his internship with the National Lab of Sustainability Science, Mexico. He has acquired a solid knowledge and his academic background and his work experiences in the Ministry of the Environment of Haiti for more than 10 years and now, as Director of Forests and Renewable Energies, he works in synergy with different actors in the forest sectors, contributes in preparing National forest plan, protected area plan, Renewable Energy Plan, reforestation plan, building more than 6 nurseries with reproduction capacity is about 4.5 million plants, plus 3 community nurseries 1.2 million plant per year. His current research focus on: renewable energies, energetic forest.
